If it has been more than 6 months since your last visit to our hospital, or if you are coming back to our hospital within 6 months from your last visit with the same disease or symptoms, please bring a referral letter (patient referral document) from your local clinic or family doctor along with your health insurance card.
If you do not have a referral letter, we will make a decision whether or not to accept your visit after comprehensively taking into account the urgency (life-threatening risk) and availability of the relevant department.
In the event that we are unable to accept your visit, we can refer you to a nearby hospital upon request.

How to read a general display panel for waiting in waiting rooms and how to be called

Those who come to the center according to appointments should first check in using a machine for return visit on the first floor. Your consultation number and schedule are printed on the consultation slip issued at that time. After that, please scan the barcode on the consultation slip into a machine that confirms your arrival at reception desk for each outpatient clinic.

受診票

  • Please wait in the waiting area of the department you are going to visit. For the number of patients waiting, you can check a general display panel for waiting in outer waiting rooms. For the estimated waiting list, please check “the search device for outer waiting.”
