As it is an outdoor space, ensure sufficient care with regards to changes in temperature and sunlight.
Please do not leave the courtyard, as the area outside of the courtyard is off of hospital grounds, and safety cannot be sufficiently ensured.

Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available in all outpatient and inpatient areas.
Please check in-hospital signage for passwords and other necessary information.
Guidelines
- Please handle your own device setup and configuration (we do not provide devices or setup assistance).
- We are unable to answer questions regarding device settings or operation; thank you for your understanding.
- Please ensure the security of your devices yourself.
- If a staff member makes a request regarding Wi-Fi use, please cooperate accordingly.
- To avoid disturbing other patients, use headphones for watching videos and maintain appropriate manners.
- Wi-Fi may not be available in certain areas of the hospital due to treatment-related restrictions or building structure.
- Services may be suspended without prior notice for maintenance, network issues, or security reasons.
- Wi-Fi is free of charge, but fees for paid online services are the user’s responsibility.
- We are not liable for any damages or third-party issues arising from Wi-Fi usage.
- To improve patient services, we may monitor usage data anonymously.
■Wired Internet Connection
For those who prefer a wired connection, please notify the ward and submit an application. Teruwell East Japan Co., Ltd. provides “FLET’S Hikari Next Mansion Type” service to patient rooms. Staff will visit your room for setup.
- Applications (and activation) are accepted from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding weekends, public holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays).
- Payment is required in cash at the time of activation.
- If you are transferred to another room, wiring will be reinstalled; please inform a nurse.
- Please inform a nurse upon discharge (or at the end of service) to arrange for equipment removal.
