Your Information on Remote Prescription by Telephone

Why Obtaining Prescriptions by Phone?

Remote telephone prescription was designed to provide more flexibility by allowing physicians to prescribe by phone with patients who regularly visit us with stable chronic diseases. This began in response to the “Basic Policies for Novel Coronavirus Disease Control” introduced by the Ministry of Work and Labour in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

How Does the Telephone Prescription Work?

Making telephone prescription is easy. Patients will receive doctor`s consultation by telephone or email upon patient`s request and patients will receive a phone call from us on the date of your telephone outpatient appointment. If the prescription is issued then this will be sent to your nominated pharmacy. At your next visit to our hospital, we would ask you to make the payment for the telephone prescription.
Patient who is eligible for the telephone prescription would need to have regular outpatient appointments with us already.
