Regarding the Protection of Personal Information<\/h1>\n

NTT Medical Center Tokyo (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information as part of NTT East\u2019s commitment to contributing to society. Guided by the principle of dedicating ourselves to the well-being of all who use our hospital and all who work here through the provision of medical care, all hospital staff strive to handle personal information appropriately in accordance with the following policy.<\/p>\n

When our hospital collects patients\u2019 personal information, it is done within the scope necessary for medical treatment, nursing care, and matters related to patient care. We also make every effort to ensure that the personal information is accurate and up to date. Such personal information includes not only information required for medical records but also test results obtained during medical treatment, image and video records, and information derived from collected specimens.

    If a patient requests disclosure of their personal information, our hospital will promptly verify the content and respond in accordance with our regulations. If a patient requests correction of information that is inaccurate or incorrect, we will investigate and respond appropriately.<\/p>\n
